Nature is one of the best medicine to recharge, recalibrate and clear our minds – especially if we can be very present and intentional.
This past week was special in beauty because, in three days, I got to see:
Did you get to pay attention to anything beautiful lately?
Connection with nature and beauty can help you feel more expansive and creative.
It can be a good catalyst for problem-solving and help alleviate difficult emotions!
If you feel difficult emotions like anxiety, fear, sadness, disappointment and others, there is a sensation of contraction in your body and your spirit.
If you can, go to some place in nature. If you cannot, transport yourself in your imagination.
Pay deep attention to something that feels beautiful and expansive in nature:
- A big tree
- Sunset colors
- A beautiful beach or forest
- A field of flowers or the big vast sky
Acknowledge that, in nature, everything is all right at the right time and in the right way. Keep focusing and bringing the sensation of beauty, peace, and expansion of nature into your heart until you feel better.
