Have you realized how much it takes for a banana 🍌 to be at our home?
When we are thankful for a banana, we are thankful for much more! ✨

It is incredible to realize how many people, animals, plants and other invisible forces contribute to our lives.
😲
If I only talk about people involved with a banana, I am talking about the people:
who took care of the soil,- who planted it,
- who took care of the banana tree until it was the right time to harvest it,
- who harvested it,
- who stored it,
- who transported it,
- who received and stored at the grocery store, etc.
That is a lot of people! But – there is more!!!
And for each part of this (very) summarized process, there are the people:
- who developed all the tools related to planting and harvesting it;
- who had created, developed, and maintained all the transportation aspects (vehicles, roads, train tracks, airplanes, etc..);
- who have built and are managing the grocery store where we buy the banana …

And, for any part of the process, the ancestors, masters, and teachers taught each person to do whatever they do!

And, for any part of the process, the animals, plants, and invisible forces contributed to that banana’s existence and arrival at our home!

How can we feel separate from one another when we are so connected?
A banana can show it!

So, when we express gratitude for a banana we can remember that we are grateful for all that took place for that banana to be there, nurturing us.
