This is what kept me going through the hard changes and transitions

Crisis and significant life changes are the biggest teachers we have. It applies to our lives as individuals and as collectives.

They can turn our world upside down and take us to deep and dark places. But also, they can show a world of new possibilities and strengths, which can show the pathway back to the light.

Some of my teachers were changing careers, moving abroad, divorce, existential and midlife crises, depression (and suicide thoughts), burnout and being close to loved ones fighting severe health issues.

Those experiences shook my world. But they also gave me a broader perspective and brought me closer to myself and what is meaningful to me. They also helped me recognize and apply strengths I didn’t know I had.

As I have chosen to go through many life-change circumstances with intention and awareness, it also helped strengthen my connection with myself and my intuition. Consequently, I have learned to trust more in myself, my process, and my life over time.

And being more aware of the process and my choices has brought me more life satisfaction, better and more nurturing relationships, a sense of purpose, and expansion in the right direction.

I bring those experiences, strengths and qualities into my work, so I can support my clients in creating more of that in their lives too.

If you would be interested, or if you know someone who wants to:
